About this event
Join us for this 9 month wellness program. Once a month through August 2023 we will come together and MOVE TO IMPROVE.
*** December 10th at The Boonsboro Free Library from 10:15 am to 1:30 pm ***
Equip your mind and body with the resources and local experts that will guide you to be well the way you live. Power House Studios strives to equip, encourage, and empower every person to more effectively enjoy their mind, body, and life.
There will be ZOOM access as well as in person opportunities for you to practice what we learn every month. Links will be emailed to you once confirmed registration on eventbrite has been received. This event is for the beginner, intermediate, and advanced individuals who are ready to eat, move, and be well.
Enjoy the morning of classes, local vendors, and good eats from local food trucks. Included every month:
