Therapeutic Walkabout and Process Group
Disconnect from the routine and noise of daily life, experience mindful presence and a powerful quieting of the mind. Utilize curiosity to tap into the rich wisdom of your external and internal world to unlock powerful insight and personal wisdom.
Group will use self-guided walking, observation, meditation, journaling and therapeutic processing to facilitate deeper connection to self. Small group size to support personal reflection and emotional intimacy.
Who: Adults (men and women) age 22+ who are interested in deepening their mind-body-spirit practices. This group is a wonderful compliment to ongoing individual/couples therapy; however, current participation in therapy is not required to participate in this group.
People with limited mobility are welcome.
When: Thursday, 6:30-8:00 PM; April 26th through May 31st. Group is 6 weeks and members will need to commit to all sessions. Registration closes April 20th, group is limited to (6) people.
Cost: $40/per group; total of $240; Full payment due prior to start of the group.
This will be a closed group and all group members must complete brief screening phone call to ensure good fit for the group.
