Why wait until January 1 to be the best version of you??!! Jump-start your New Year's Resolutions with this short, five day accountability group. Each participant will aim to complete a minimum of 10,000 steps for each of the five days with their fitness tracker.

Accountabilty group runs December 26-30, 2016.
Investment in yourself: Only $10

  • Five day schedule with run/walk treadmill workouts, step workouts and core workouts, along with wellness challenges to be completed on your own

  • Two private individual weigh-ins virtually with your coach at the start and end of the program

  • Daily check-ins on your step count (goal of 10,000+ each day)

  • Daily weightloss tips, motivation and recipes

  • Private Facebook group for motivation
