Event description

We are so excited to partner with Natural Restorations for the first ever Mountain Chicks Arizona trail trash cleanup. Starting at 7 AM, we will hike the trail all the way to the "Crack" while picking up trash along the way (garbage bags and gloves provided). Once we arrive at the Crack, we will have the chance to swim and hang out for a little bit, so bring your swimsuit too! After we swim, we will hike back to the parking, picking up any remaining trash on the way back.

Bell Trail to the Crack - Wet Beaver Creek, AZ

What to bring:

  • Water! The trail is 7 miles roundtrip with much of it being exposed. A hydration bladder is preferred. A good rule of thumb is 1 liter (32 ounces) of water every two hours, at the VERY least.

  • First Aid Kit & Safety kit.
  • Swimsuit! Worn under hiking clothes.
  • Sturdy, comfortable hiking shoes.
  • Towel.

  • Snacks/Lunch. We will be finishing the trail around 12 PM - 1 PM. Mountain Chicks will provide a snack for the AM but if you need more fuel, please prepare accordingly.
  • Comfortable hiking clothes.
  • Backpack.
  • Trash grabber is recommended, but not required. Expect to be kneeling down quite a bit picking up trash without one.
  • *For more items one should consider bringing on the trails, please refer to the 10 essentials every hiker should have*
