Office Culture Tour: 

You’ve heard of The Motley Fool’s unique company culture and want to bring our special sauce back to your organization Consider attending a First Friday Workplace Foolosophy Tour! Hosted on the first Friday of every month from 9:30am – 11:00am, this regularly scheduled experience includes an interactive tour of FoolHQ followed by a 30-minute Q&A with People Team Fools.

When it comes to company culture, Fools are excited to share best practices! We enjoy facilitating discussions around workplace satisfaction, employee engagement, company perks, and honest feedback. What’s off-limits, however, are sales pitches; resumes; and investing advice. We also do not discuss job opportunities, but The Motley Fool’s Careers Site is an excellent resource for those interested in open positions! When submitting multiple names, be sure to enter the correct names of attendees as identification will be required to access the premises.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

The First Friday Foolosophy experience is tailored to visitors interested in company culture. Be sure to bring an open mind - and your ID, which will be checked before admittance to FoolHQ.  

Is there a waitlist?

Yes! You'll be contacted via Eventbrite should any spots free up. Keep in mind that waitlist registration does not guarantee admission to the tour(s).

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

By Metro

FoolHQ is accessible via Orange/Blue Metro lines off the King Street/Old Town stop. When you exit the Metro station, leave via the front entrance and walk to the right. Take the sidewalk to the pedestrian tunnel, which goes beneath Duke St. and onto Dulaney St. After you exit the tunnel, walk to the first building to your right.

Driving

You're welcome to park in our garage located on Englehardt Lane, beneath the office. This is the second garage you will come to on your right on Englehardt Ln. From the garage, you can access elevator access in the garage to the main lobby. Please bring your parking stub and a Fool will validate it.
