Attend a “tea party with a purpose” as the Junior League of Bakersfield hosts our annual Mother’s Day Tea celebrating all moms and families coming up on May 13. 2023!
In addition to the fabulous Brunch, including a salad, sandwich, sides and traditional tea treats, we'll have Tea of course, wine and mimosas as well! We will have activities for the children, entertainment for all in attendance, and a talented photographer in attendance to take portraits of guests all dressed up with their friends and family.
Tickets are available now on Eventbrite for $90 per adult. Everyone is welcome, with youth under 21 years old priced at $45 per ticket, and children ages 2 and under are free as they sit on an adult’s lap.
All proceeds from this fundraiser enable us to fund our non-profit projects benefiting local women and children in our community, including our focus to promote literacy in Kern County. Events like this also support our mission to train local women to become volunteers here in Kern County.
Our mission: The Junior League of Bakersfield is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and to improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.
