One ticket is valid for one individual, not one screen. This is to ensure a personalized experience on Zoom where everyone's questions can be answered and we keep to our class' timeframe.
What's Included:
- 25 minute discussion about women's herbs while sipping on a cup of herbal tea (tea is optional).
- I'll send you a link upon registration to purchase the tea which is intentionally selected to support the body system we are covering.
- Custom-made mobile-friendly handout & private Zoom link for class.
- 60 minute Yin yoga class.
- Through a series of specially sequenced poses, you'll massage the key organs and tissues of the reproductive body system.
- Finish with a blissful mediation and shavasana.
Workshop topics change monthly and include immunity, stress, digestion, detox, reproductive health & more.
All classes are Yin Yoga, and accommodate all levels.
About Yin Yoga
Slow down and lean in, allow your nervous system to relax before going to bed so that you can have the best, most restful sleep.
Yin is a meditative and slow-paced style of yoga, with long-held poses that give you the time and stillness to bring your body & mind to a state of deep relaxation. You perform the majority of the poses seated on the floor or laying down. The poses are held for longer periods of time, sometimes 3 - 5 minutes.
Because yin yoga calms you down, it’s a wonderful way to prepare your mind & body for sleep. Here’s a great bedtime class designed to help you relax into a perfect night’s rest.
About Your Instructor
I'm Torie! I’m certified at the 500hr level in vinyasa flow, forrest yoga, yin yoga and yoga tune up. I teach classes that challenge my students to slow down, release emotional blockages and reconnect with themselves.
