What better way to celebrate Mom than to cook with her, preparing an elegant meal in her honor? Join us as we craft three courses to nourish the mind and body. First we'll carve delicate slices of beet cured salmon paired with asparagus, a poached egg, Hollandaise and salmon caviar. For the entree we'll pan roast a breast of chicken atop creamy polenta with roasted red grapes, rosemary and Balsamic vinegar, and to finish a lemon & vanilla panna cotta with strawberry basil compote. $59.
