This is an ongoing, donation based offering, held bi-monthly Thursdays 3-430pm.
A perfect opportunity to unite in motherhood, reduce stress levels, increase energy, and offers valuable tools to overcome common struggles related to motherhood. Led by Noelle Gilmore certified birth doula, prenatal yoga teacher, and mother, along with Tegan Goodridge, who works with mothers in the postpartum period as a certified postpartum doula, and has raised four children of her own.
Our studio setting is designed for mothers interested in connecting with other parents. We offer a supportive, uplifting, and confidential space. While bonding with other mothers you will have the unique opportunity to grow as mothers, together.
Weekly meetings will enable you to feel empowered and emotionally supported as a mother. In addition, your baby will benefit from our weekly play dates, and will form friendships as they grow with you. Open to all mothers and babies.
Topics of discussion may include:
Pelvic floor rehabilitation, getting back in shape safely, transition back to work, essential tools to adjusting yourself and your family to your new role, breastfeeding, pumpng, proper nutrition, teething, sleep training, stress management techniques and much more. This group is open to all moms and their babies.
