Join expert facilitators and dynamic mother-daughter duo, Sil & Eliza Reynolds on Saturday, May 13 for an intimate day of inspiration, truth-and seeking. This unique event is open to mothers and adult daughters (ages 18+), though ALL women are welcome—after all, we’re all daughters.

ABOUT SIL & ElIZA:
Sil Reynolds is a mother and a mothering expert. She is the co-author of best-selling “Mothering and Daughtering: Keeping Your Bond Strong Through the Teen Years”, and the co-host of We Thrive TV with her daughter Eliza. The mother-daughter duo have taught sold-out workshops for thousands of mothers and daughters for the past 10 years.
On her own, Sil brings 30 years as a Family Nurse Practitioner and psychotherapist to her current work as a one-on-one mother-daughter coach. She was a senior student of renowned Jungian analyst Marion Woodman. As a specialist in eating disorders and body image, she’s taught Geneen Roth’s Breaking Free from Emotional Eating workshops. She’s on the faculty of Multiversity, and the Esalen and Omega institutes. But the crown jewel in her resume is, of course, her daughter Eliza.
Eliza Reynolds is a professional daughter and a champion for girls and women living full lives. Together with her own mother, Sil, Eliza is the co-author of “Mothering and Daughtering: Keeping Your Bond Strong Through the Teen Years,” (she wrote the sassy side) and the co-host of We Thrive TV. The mother-daughter duo have taught sold-out workshops for thousands of mothers and daughters for the past 10 years.
On her own, Eliza has her undergraduate degree from Brown University, was trained as a sex educator for Planned Parenthood, and was a consultant for Eve Ensler, (“Vagina Monologues,”) on her book for teenage girls: “I Am an Emotional Creature.” She was the youngest faculty member at the Omega and Esalen Institutes at the age of 15, now with a decade of teaching under her belt.
