Mother and Daughter- Systemic and Family Constellations Workshop

This one-day constellation workshop offers a contained space to explore the deep, layered terrain of the mother–daughter relationship. Whether you arrive as a mother–daughter pair or attend on your own with something stirring in your relational field—grief, longing, entanglement, tenderness—you are welcome.

Through the practice of systemic constellations, we will invite what lives beneath the surface to emerge: the inherited patterns, unspoken loyalties, ruptures, gifts, and ancestral echoes that shape our ways of loving and relating. This is not therapy in the conventional sense—it is a collective practice of witnessing, movement, and quiet revelation.

You do not need to come with a fixed story or a problem to solve. Just bring your curiosity, your breath, and the threads of your lineage—however tangled or tender they may be.

No prior experience is needed. The space will be held with care, clarity, and respect for all that arises.

Why Systemic Constellation?

Family and systemic constellation offers a safe and confidential space where personal issues can be explored. In just one session, it can help to reveal and shift unconscious intergenerational dynamics that silently play in the background, stirring the course of our lives. Sometimes the smallest of movements in the system can help to restore the flow of love among its members and transform our lives for the better.

FACILITATOR

Maria has 13 years of experience in holding groups for holistic workshops and retreats. She is a yoga teacher, university lecturer, and visual artist. She studied Systemic Constellations and Couples Therapy at the Centre for Systemic Constellations, the oldest training institution for Family Constellations in the UK. USEFUL INFO

Please note, it is essential that those booking 'issue holder' tickets are committed to being honest and vulnerable in this work. It is not unusual that a client comes to this work wanting to investigate one issue and finds himself/herself dealing with something different from what they expected. This might require more exposure and vulnerability than the client had initially intended. Providing false feedback will hinder the process. A client can choose to stop the constellation at any point, if the material revealed becomes overwhelming but there will be no refund. It is recommended that you only book if you are in good mental health and willing to keep an open mind to whatever the field might reveal.

DISCLAIMER

This workshop is not a substitute for personal therapy and it is not suitable if you have a history of psychosis, or an otherwise generally fragile mental health. Maria offers regular1:1 constellation sessions online as well as one-off integration sessions after the workshop (these can be booked separately). However, the facilitator will not be able to offer ongoing counselling.
