COVID 19 is not just a health crisis, it's a mental health crisis. Mosaic Mental Health is a non-profit organization that provides mental health services to New York's most vulnerable. MosaicMH is hosting a virtual 5K to raise funds. People have been exercising on their own time during the course of this month and getting sponsors to donate to mosaic in their name. To close this 5k, on June 1st at 5pm, the high school board is planning a virtual full body fitness class led by Yavuz from AARMY. Mental Health is a beautiful thing, especially in these times of panic, isolation, and grief! So please, join us in this effort to help those who are most vulnerable.
