Mosaic Youth Theater of Detroit is back for its 26th Season of music, theater, and dance featuring the most talented young artists in metro Detroit!

Woodward Wonderland

One of metro Detroit’s favorite holiday traditions, WOODWARD Wonderland celebrates everything magical about winter in the Motor City, yesterday and today – from from the Thanksgiving Parade, ice skating in Campus Martius, Motown Christmas songs, and the 12th Floor of J.L. Hudson’s. This distinctively Detroit holiday show is perfect for the whole family​. ​

Mosaic Singers in Concert!

  • Music is a world within itself and Detroit is its center. For over 20 years, the Mosaic Singers have exemplified Detroit's musical culture. The internationally acclaimed Mosaic Singers are are overjoyed to bring their sonorous vocals, impassioned delivery and youthful energy to the historic Redford Theater for Living for the City, a two act concert with traditional, classical and contemporary choral music and a special tribute to the soulful, spirit filled melodic messages that Stevie Wonder has warmed hearts and minds with for decades.

Main Stage Actors Presents: Animal Farm

  • Animals revolt, expel man, and take over the farm in hopes of creating a more perfect and just world for themselves. This powerful, fast-moving dramatization of George Orwell's classic satire, Animal Farm is fresh, funny and immensely enjoyable without in any way jeopardizing the savagery of the original novel.

Northern Lights 1966

Set in the prelude to Detroit’s turbulent 1967 summer, Northern Lights 1966 is the inspiring story of a group of Detroit students who joined forces to demand educational equality. The original play with music by acclaimed playwright Michael Dinwiddie focuses on a dramatic student protest at Detroit’s Northern High School in 1966. While based on events over 50 years ago, the issues explored in Northern Lights 1966 are as current as today’s headlines.
