Morning Meditation classes include a 5-10 minute check in, 20-30 minutes of guided mediation, and 15-20 minutes of integration through dialogue.
My intention is to hold a space to grow love and peace within each of us, so we may manifest and grow love and peace in our relationships and in the world.
Please bring a yoga mat and/or meditation cushion, a blanket, pillow, water, and eye shades if you like. Chairs are available.
