Join Brittany from The Courage Collective on Saturday, April 28th for a Morning Meditation & Goal Session.


This casual and inviting personal development workshop will give you the opportunity to press the reset button for Spring. Just like we cleanse our space at this time of year, it also feels good to cleanse any mental clutter you may have kickin' around.


By taking the time to breathe and connect, we'll get in touch with the goals and intentions you really want to move into this season with.


The session includes:

- 15 minute meditation (accessible to all levels)

- goal brainstorm session (worksheets provided)

- goal writing (quiet and creative space for you)


Please bring with you:

- a notebook and pen
