Start your day with Flow Yoga to energise and balance your mind and body. Morning Flow - A gentle but challenging vinyasa flow class which will awaken the body for the day ahead. Open to all levels. This class includes disciplines, postures (asanas), purification procedures (shatkriya), gestures (mudras), breathing (pranayama), and meditation.

Fluid Flow - A creative rhythmic flow with plenty of opportunities for back bends and arm balances. Level two (experience of Vinyasa style yoga) All classes are to music.

This Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes provides a range of health benefits to those who practice it, as it encompasses all areas of mind, body and spirit. The flowing, dynamic and continual movement, from one pose to another gives the participate with cardiovascular benefit. The routine practice of vinyasa yoga can increase muscle strength, endurance and flexibility. It is a huge stress-reducing practice. It will increase your flexibility, tone and strength muscle. This practice will improve circulatory and cardio health and will help to sleep better.

Laura provides sensitive hands on assists, clear instruction and a yogi massage with essential oils at the end of each class.
