Description

Start your morning off right by joining fitness consultant, Walter Lewis, and fellow attendees for a morning boot camp. This inspiring workout will include bodyweight resistance, partner drills, mini-resistance band training, and a cardio circuit that will leave you burning fat for days. All you need to bring is yourself. Resistance bands will be provided. Any and all levels are welcome.

The room will be open starting at 5:15 a.m. The session will start promptly at 5:30 a.m. Space is limited.
