It is health and wellness low glycemic coaching tailored for an audience of individuals who had 100 + pounds to lose. Because the Transitions program is a lifestyle, the twelve week course really just starts individuals changing their lifestyle if they have a lot of weight to lose. There is so much more to losing excess weight than just learning how to put foods together in small mini meals with balanced protein and carbohydrates.
