About Serena Haines:

Serena Haines is a Halifax, NS based Somatic Sex Educator and Pleasure and Intimacy Coach. She has been helping with people with Sex and Intimacy Coaching through BodyWork, personal coaching sessions, workshops and educational events and private events for over 6 years. With a background in Psychology at Memorial University of Newfoundland, Serena has aslo trained through the Instititute for Somatic Sex Education in BC as Somatic Sex Educator,Clinical Sexology through SexologyU and Sex Coaching Cerification (CSC) through the Sexology Institute of San Antonio. Serena is also certified through The Gottman Institute Level 1&2 for relational coaching.

Serena's mission is to bring awareness to the importance of sexual health as much as we have an awareness around mental and physical health. “Our sex energy is our life energy and is meant to be expressed and cultivated without shame, taboo or stigma...and a lot of fun!” Serena combines a sense of fun and relaxation to sensuality and sex helping you find your peak potential for pleasure both in and out of the bedroom, solo or partnered.

Sarah MacLellan is the host and producer of the InTalksicatd Podcast - an uncensored comedy podcast focusing on the personal lives of comedians and creators. In addition to 5 years of podcasting, she has a passion for stand up comedy and was convinced to start performing in July of 2020. Sarah is passionate about enriching the local comedy scene. She has produced a few comedy shows herself and consistently assists in show promotion. She's performed at and is a regular at the weekly open mics in Halifax.
