Event description

Description

This program that will enhance your resilience and therefore wellbeing. It will be of practical use as you walk in your world.

One of the biggest challenges, for all of us, is to cope with the different types of stress we encounter in our lives. In a more complex, rapidly changing world, building resilience has become increasingly important. It’s key to working and playing more effectively and creating strong relationships of hope and possibility throughout your life.

This is an opportunity for you to come to 10 x 1 hour sessions where you will be introduced to and experience lots of helpful practical methods to allow you to pause and soothe yourself when life gets bumpy. We will learn these skills in class and you can then use the ones that suit you in your everyday life. So it won’t be just when you are sitting in class. You may also choose to pass these strategies onto others in your life. Pay it forward.
