For social entrepreneurs, one of the biggest challenges is managing the balance between mission impact and financial results. Often, there seems to be a trade-off between investing in the business and increasing social impact. The good news: It doesn’t have to be a trade-off. Join us for a fast-paced exploration of challenges and solutions for this social enterprise dilemma. We’ll help you identify the best ways to track and manage your social impact as you grow your social enterprise, and help you stay on track to deliver on your brand promise in authentic and sustainable ways.

This workshop will take place on March 27, 2018. Registration will begin at 8:30 am, and the workshop will take place from 9:00 to 11:00 am. Seating is limited and registration is required.

Pricing per person is as follows:

About the Instructor: Sean McGee

Sean McGee is Managing Principal at CauseImpact. An experienced strategist, manager and entrepreneur, McGee has 20 years of leadership experience in conceptualizing, developing and managing new enterprises. He has extensive experience in organizing and operating a wide variety of enterprises and groups of all sizes, from entire businesses to business divisions, community festivals, competitions, and educational programs. He has worked in both for-profit and non-profit organizations, and has successfully bridged the divide between the two sectors.
