Moral Rights and the Visual Artist Rights Act (V.A.R.A)
Thursday, March 10, 2011 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM (EST)
About the Seminar: What are the moral rights of attribution and integrity, and how does V.A.R.A. protect those rights? This lecture will provide a basic overview of U.S. moral rights law, which gives artists a certain degree of control over their work even after it is no longer in their possession, and even if they have assigned their copyright in the work.
