About this event

We are excited to plan a weekend getaway full of fun, relaxation, friendship and most importantly, fellowship around the Word. The weekend will be a very relaxed format with a few activities planned. We looked for a camp facility that would meet the needs of most campers-lots of individual cabins, RV hook ups, catered meals, tabernacle and natural activities!

WHAT TO EXPECT: The campground is located on Moose Lake with a beautiful lakefront and old growth forest. The camp has a great selection of canoes, kayaks, paddle boards and sand toys for us to use. Feel free to bring your own water craft or boat. There is a big playground for children and a gym for sports activities. The "old tabernacle" as many may remember is still available for kids programs as there a beautiful new tabernacle for services. Guided horse back riding is available for a nominal fee.

SERVICES: There will be a Sunday morning service as well as an evening service or two. Details are yet to be decided but come with a special prepared as we'll likely have a "singsperation!"

CABINS: The cabins are basic cabins with electricity but NO bathrooms or kitchens. Most have been renovated. All cabins have a double/queen bed and bunks. The LAKESIDE cabins are literally right next to the lake with a porch and beautiful views. There are 3 bathroom facilities to use and all are new or newly renovated. The price listed covers the whole weekend.

CAMPSITES: RV's or tenters can find their oasis tucked away in the trees. The only power option is 15 amp and water hook ups are available. The price listed covers the whole weekend.

MEALS: Meals have been outsourced to a local catering company and are completely OPTIONAL. If you would prefer cooking your own food, you are welcome too. Cooking is permitted OUTSIDE of the cabins-no food prep or washing or cooking is permitted inside the cabins. Gluten free and dairy free options have been requested for all meals. The price listed covers the whole weekend. Thursday supper is being offered separately as not all campers will arrive in time for it. *No evening snacks are provided so please bring your own.*

ACTIVITIES: The natural setting of the campground offers so many fun activities to participate in. Besides all this there will be some fun activities planned for the kids and big kids alike!

CANTEEN: Canteen will be open every afternoon to satisfy your sweet tooth.

WHAT TO BRING: Bible, bedding and towels, flashlight, fan, heater (for cool nights), bug spray, reusable water bottle, modest swim wear (if you're participating in water activities), lawn chairs and snacks.
