How Do You Like Them Apples - 13.3% ABV
A New England Hard Cider, made with the finest New Hampshire apples that were available to us, which we had fresh pressed into apple cider. This fresh cider was delivered the day it was pressed to our Meadery, where we blended it with just a touch of honey, and some brown sugar and let it ferment, then we let it age in freshly emptied Last Apple barrels, for a minimum of 6 months.
'Them Little Apples - 6.5% ABV
This hard cider is made from the finest New Hampshire apples that are available to us, usually a blend of Cortland, McIntosh, Gala, and Red Delicious varieties. We blend the fresh-pressed cider with just a touch of natural sugar before we let it ferment and age in newly emptied rye whiskey barrels for a minimum of 3 months.
Desire Mead - 16.7% ABV
Enticing, complex blend of blueberries, black cherries and blackcurrants balanced with basic elements of mead; honey, water.
Fling Mead - 13.3% ABV
Fling Sweetness: Semi-sweet This mead is a ménage a trios between the honey, strawberries, and rhubarb. Tart from the rhubarb, sweet from the honey and strawberries.
Kurt's Apple Honey Apple Wine 16.8%
Sweet. Made from local apple cider with Madagascar-bourbon vanilla and Vietnamese cinnamon spice added. Get your piece of the pie! This mead is a great after dinner dessert wine that is a perfect finish to any holiday meal.
