Eek I can’t hula hoop, will it be suitable for me?

100% yes ? Lauren will have you spinning before you know it. Lauren has an array of hoops to suit all experience levels and body sizes. Some of the moves we do are “off body”, so you’ll find things that you naturally tune in to, others requiring more practice. It’s all about finding your own flow.

Yes! Although this is a free event there are limited spaces due to the equipment and space needed, so please book and do cancel if you can’t make it

Bring layers! When you get moving you’ll warm quite quickly, a headband also and a scarf, leggings or shorts. Wear something that makes you happy! For the sound healing a shawl or blanket recommended you will cool down so layer up as you feel.
