Please join us for the Mood Disorders 2016 Clinical Update, a stimulating and clinically useful educational program for physicians and other health professionals.
Educational sessions will feature the newly published CANMAT 2016 Clinical Guidelines for the Management of Major Depressive Disorder, a sneak peek at the next update for the CANMAT Bipolar guidelines, recent findings from the Canadian Biomarker Integration Network in Depression (CAN-BIND), workshops for a new cognition screening tool, mindfulness-based therapy, and more. Speakers include internationally-recognized clinician-researchers from the UBC Mood Disorders Centre, Toronto and the United States.
A plenary session on "Suicide: From Biomarkers to eHealth" will be open to the public. We are pleased to have Sandra Dawson (Vancouver) and Dr. Sidney Kennedy (Toronto) as the featured plenary speakers.
Registration fees include lunch and coffee breaks. Directions and parking for the conference can be found here.
