Join us and learn how to raise capital and get all of your funding questions answered! Hear from SBA and leaders of financial institutions about practical approaches to capital sourcing and how to build confidence in mastering your business money management to help you grow your business.
 

This panel discussion is followed by a hands-on workshop where you'll sit down with financial experts and review your company's specific needs and how to position your business to secure adequate funding.

A small business poised for growth must have a robust Financial strategy and planning in place. The successful high growth entrepreneur thoroughly understands financial statements, valuation, and the types of capital available to support her business growth. This Panel discussion aims to provide an overview and practical approach to capital sourcing. Debt and equity capital options will be explored in terms of access and strategic positioning within the firm’s capital structure. The entrepreneur who masters these subjects will be the entrepreneur who is best capable of growing her firm using debt and/or equity financing. Capital types explored will include senior debt, subordinate debt, asset-based loans, Small Business Administration (SBA) loans,  and factoring.

This is your chance to work in small groups with financial experts to discuss your company’s needs and better understand what are lenders looking for and how you need to position your company/firm to be able to secure funding.
