Monday-to-Friday Morning Poetry-Speaking Sessions for the price of a coffee. In each session participants explore a poem by speaking it. And by feeling the effects of poetic speech sounds, rhythms and cadences on the mind, body and spirit.

This session is ongoing (Monday to Friday mornings - 9.30 to 10.10am). At the moment we're speaking Shakespeare's sonnets.

Group numbers can range from one to twelve. But as the UK Lockdown's end approaches, the benefits of Vocal/Emotional sustenance remain as important as ever.
