Join us! Anyone and everyone is invited to our Monday Night Workshops. You do not need to be an Omega graduate to attend, and no registration is required. Just show up with an open mind and an open heart.
Monday nights are a special time for Omega Vector. It’s a time when weekend workshop graduates have the opportunity to reflect on their new self-discovery and share their experiences with others. It’s a way for graduates to stay actively involved with the work and stay connected with one another. And for the general public, it’s a great introduction to the Omega process and philosophies.
This months topic:
December: Could the Secret of Life be Simple?
Have you ever observed a waiter or waitress carrying a tray of food? The larger tray allows them to transport a great deal more than simply carrying plates in their hands. Not only is this expedient, it is also a skill. Many times we refer to the wait staff as “servers.” What an appropriate word!
From the moment we are born, people are in service to us. As we mature, we become in service to others. We serve our family, friends, colleagues, communities etc. Is there a skill to service? What happens to those who stop serving?
Most workshops are led by Ann-Marie Geyer, the Omega Vector Director and Lead Facilitator, the Monday Night Workshops are held on the first Monday of every month and start at 7 p.m. There’s a new inspirational and thought-provoking topic every time. Previous workshops have tackled such issues as “The Six Basic Fears,” “Do You Want to Be Right or Do You Want to Be Happy?” and “When Goals Make Us Idle.”
