About this event
Begin your week with a motivational breathwork session at this recurring community class. This is your time to come and ground all of the stress and anxiety of the week, reset your nervous system so you can relax and recharge for the week. When you take the time to reset every week, you prevent chronic stress and you won’t have to fake it til you make it. It’s time to switch out of survival mode and start thriving.
- Bring the following with you for your session:
- Yoga mat
- A blanket in case you get chilly while breathing
- Eye cover/mask (optional)
- Water
- Wear comfy clothes
- A journal
- Arrive with an empty stomach or at least 1 hour after having eaten a light meal
- Most of all, come with an open mind and no expectations!
