About the Class

The holiday season is a time of joy, but having extra demands on our time and energy can cause frustration and stress. This evening’s class will explore Buddha’s teachings on the flexible mind of giving and will explore ways to authentically express generosity. Come practice the expansive mind of true generosity that brings more relaxation, enjoyment and meaning to this time of year.

This class begins with a guided breathing meditation, a simple and easy-to-learn way to settle the mind. After the initial meditation there is brief instruction on the topic, then the class concludes with a guided meditation. After class there's time to chat over refreshments - everyone is welcome!
