- Yoga mat
- Water bottle!!
- Towel, because we'll get sweaty
It's nice to lay babies on a towel on your mat also.
This is a fitness class for women with an infant under one year old. We will incorporate babies into our workout. The workout begins with a walk, followed by some mama-appropriate interval training and a little yoga.
If you aren't yet 6 weeks postpartum, and would like to attend, please join. You can still walk and participate in some basic yoga stretches. During interval training, you can play with baby and check out the activity stations.
