EVENT DETAILS

This is a one day festival taking place at CRAFTED at the Port of Los Angeles in the beautiful ocean side San Pedro. Live music and DJ’s playing a wide variety of music. Southern California handmade artisan vendors, artist, and live art. Food trucks to satisfy your appetite.  Give aways and free kids activities! Support Local Artist!!! Buy Handmade!!! Items being sold by vendors must fit in one of the following categories: Art, Handmade, Vintage, or Artisanal Food. 

CRAFTED at the Port of Los Angeles is a new concept for Southern California; a large-scale permanent craft marketplace. Our classic World War II-era waterside warehouses will grow to be home to hundreds of individual craft-artists, designers, and artisanal food makers. Each artist presents their unique handcrafted goods in a vibrant patchwork of market stalls. Visitors will be treated to a huge variety of one-of-a kind treasures and have the chance to meet the makers every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday – that’s 52 weekends a year of handmade happiness!

VENDOR DETAILS

All items being sold by vendors must fit in one of the following categories: Art, Handmade, Vintage, or Artisanal Food. Non Profit organizations are welcome. However, NO religious or political organizations will be allowed.  All items must be family friendly. No adult material or profanity is allowed. NO RESALE ITEMS WILL BE ALLOWED TO BE SOLD AT EVENT! Event coordinator and staff reserves the right to inspect items being sold by vendors to verify they fit in one of the allowed vendor categories. If items being sold are believed to be resale, inappropriate, or do not fit in one of the allowed categories the vendor will be asked to remove items or leave the event. If vendor is asked to leave the event they will not be issued a refund.  

Vendors will be assigned spaces 48 hours prior to event. Space assignment will be based on a first come first serve basis. So, please arrive early.  An effort will be made to limit similar products from being placed near each other. Only a limited amount of jewelry vendors will be allowed. If you would like flyers to pass out please contact event coordinator with your address and event flyers will be mailed to you free of cost.  Vendors are expected to keep their spaces clean and professional appearing throughout the event. All vendors are required to have a CA sellers permit.  NO refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled by the coordinator. This event is indoors. You may use a eazy up or something similar as a structure. However, the covering must be removed. All parts of your display must fit within the space you have purchased. This event is rain or shine.  Plenty of free parking is available.

LOAD IN INSTRUCTIONS

Vendors have from 8:00 am to 10:30 am to set up. Vendors will be allowed to pull vehicles near the builing to unload.  This event is indoors. There is a ramp and stairs to access the space. It is recommended to use a dolly or cart to ease your unloading process. All vendor vehicles must be moved no later than 10:30 am. Vendors are responsible for providing everything necessary for their set up. Spaces must be set up and ready to go by 10:30 am. Vendors that have not arrived by 10:30 am risk losing their space.  

BREAK DOWN

Vendors will not be allowed to pack up their spaces until 6pm.  By purchasing a space you agree to stay until the end of the event.  Vendors that leave early may not be considered for future events

BY PURCHASING A SPACE YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING

Event hours are from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm. Your space is required to stay open, clean, and available to customers until the end of the event. You may not start packing up until 6:00 pm. You are responsible for construction, removal and cleanup of your space. You are required to stay within the space purchased. You are responsible for all sales transactions and resulting tax liabilities.  Please have a copy of CA seller’s permit present with you. This event can’t guarantee either a certain number of sales or a certain number of customers coming to the show. Participation in this event is at your own risk. Event coordinator is not responsible for acts of god and extreme weather. This event is rain or shine. No refunds will be issued unless event is cancelled by coordinator.
