About this event
The Maine Outdoor Short Film Contest (aka "Broke and Stoked") is an annual contest held by the Maine outdoor Film Festival.
Submissions are accepted through September 10. To qualify, a film must be made by a Maine resident, be less than 4 minutes long, have no unlicensed music or footage (i.e. you must have permission or rights to use it!) and must be an outdoor film!
There is $1000 in prize money up for grabs, thanks to CLYNK!
At this screening, the 10 finalists will all be shown outdoors on a big screen set up in the field at the new Black Sheep Cider Co in Winthrop.
Bring Your Own Camp Chair and Face Mask.

Program Notes: The film program will last about two hours, including a 10-minute intermission. Please bring your own chair, blanket and refreshments. There is plenty of free parking. Film program is subject to change. This event will adhere to all prevailing state guidelines for public safety in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, including social distancing, crowd limits and face mask recommendations.
