Our signature summer camp is back again to teach real-world coding and Robotics! Explore the power of software in bringing the LocoXtreme ground robot and LocoDrone to life with Python. Learn 3D design. Engage in action-packed challenges and performances all week long!

It’s the perfect introduction to robotics that can spark your child’s curiosity about interactive technology at through mindful play, problem-solving exercises and meaningful engagement with new friends.

Each day will be a highly-engaging combination modern technology exploration and team-based games and competitions.

At Modern Robotics + Drone Science Camp, we will cover:

1. Anatomy of Modern Robots and Drones In the Digital Age
2. Sensors
3. 3D Design
4. Algorithms, critical-thinking, collaborative problem-solving
5. Intro to Drone Science: Aerodynamics, physics and drone piloting
6. Artificial Intelligence
7. Real-world Coding With Python
8. Building and coding of drones

Created by an award-winning university professor, LocoSummer is a series of STEM and modern robotics summer camps designed to take curious kids for a deep dive into the world of modern technology through real-world coding, robotics, sensors, 3D design, physics and statistics.

Brought to you by Philadelphia-based company LocoRobo Innovations Inc, LocoSummer Camps offer a world of technically rigorous, self-paced curriculum, high-quality robotics and sensor hardware, and cutting-edge mobile and web software apps. Our instructors -- passionate educators and industry experts -- engage children in hands-on, experiential learning and guide them to develop high proficiency technology skills to succeed in their future careers.

For ages 10-13. Camp takes place from 9:00pm to 4:00pm each day. Laptops and iPads are provided, no need to bring one! Please bring your own lunch.

The day will be filled with both educational and fun activities, so be ready to hit the ground running and kick start your adventure into modern technology with us!
