Teams of Three mixed gender - MMF or FFM

RX and Intermediate Divisions

Early Bird Registration (October 1, 2019 - December 31, 2019 ) - $200 per team

January 1 - $225 per team

February 1 - $250 per team

March 1 - $275 per team

The 2020 MoCo Throwdown will be held at CrossFit Germantown Performance in Germantown, MD.
