Description

ChildFund Alliance, European External Action Service, Global Partnership to End Violence against Children, UNICEF, World Health Organisation and World Vision are happy to invite you for the event “Mobilizing Partnership and Investment to End Violence against Children - A multi-stakeholder approach in fragile and conflict-affected contexts” as part of the 11th edition of the European Development Days, taking place on the 8th of June at 9am, Room D6.

If you wish to attend the event please register by 13th May for the EDDs using this link: https://www.eudevdays.eu/register-anonymous. Please note that registration is mandatory, see below “How to register”.

Want to have an induction into the INSPIRE 7 solutions package, hear from a child living the consequences of conflict and immerse yourself in the EU and global policy discussions to bring an end to violence? Then join this event. Panelists will showcase best practices and lessons learnt in order to build political will to end this scourge, especially in the hardest to reach fragile and conflict-affected contexts.

Register NOW for the EDDs!

About the European Development Days: Organised by the European Commission, the European Development Days (EDD) bring the development community together each year to share ideas and experiences in ways that inspire new partnerships and innovative solutions to the world’s most pressing challenges. The EDD is the Europe’s leading forum on development since 2006

How to register: To attend EDD 2017, you need to create a profile on the EDD website and register before 13 May 2017 to secure your place. You will be asked to upload an ID picture and a scanned copy of your passport. Please note that for security reasons, each registration will be carefully reviewed.

Free and inclusive: EDD is free of charge and there are no limits to the number of delegates from each organisation. Our goal is to make the 11th edition of the forum the most inclusive yet. Please share this invitation with your networks and colleagues and help us shape the debate.
