The Minnesota Technology of Participation seeks to improve communities and organizations through

-       ToP Facilitation Methods Training

-       Participatory Strategic Planning

-       ToP Certification Program

-       Professional Development for Facilitators

Over 10,000 people have been trained through our facilitation trainings. Hundreds have participated in our ongoing network and coaching. There are over 10 different course offerings that allow you to ‘jump in’ and develop your facilitation skills whether you are experienced or just beginning.

MNToP has an established pathway for ongoing professional development and an expertise in helping you build a career as an advanced facilitator.  As a part of the MN ToP Community of Practice you can access a living network of support as you work through your facilitation projects in your current position or as a consultant.

Finally, our Minnesota roster of certified ToP facilitators (CTF) are available as consultants for a variety of projects. Each CTF has unique skills and abilities. It is our goal to grow a diverse and rigorously trained network of facilitators and consultants to get results.

From our team here at MN ToP, we send a warm welcome to those seeking new levels of participation and engagement in their work.
