MNLC FITCLUB !! WE ARE BACK FOR 2021 We are ready to make an impact in the local community health and well-being. join the community !

About this event

We cannot wait to get started to it again!

At MNLC FITCLUB, each class is focused on getting your heart rate up, they are fun and motivating and appropriate for all fitness levels!

Get a preworkout tea and aloe prior the session, Exercise with us for 45min and enjoy a refreshing, recovery smoothie to finish it off!

MNLC FITCLUB helps over 200 people a month transfrom their bodies and develop healthier habits into their day to day lives.

We are a strong community focusing on;

FITNESS. NUTRITION. MOTIVATION

OUR SESSIONS TO DATE ARE:

•MONDAY HIIT- 6.45PM

•THURS DANCEFIT - 6.45PM

•SUNDAY BOXFIT - 9.45AM

* First session at MNLC FITCLUB is free.

* Please bring a water bottle, towel and mat if you wish to use one.

COVID-19 REGULATIONS:

We ask that if any of the following applies to you, please do not attend for the safety of others.

- Are experiencing cold or flu like symptoms;

- Have a temperature;

- Have been in contact with anyone that is confirmed to have COVID-19;

- Have returned from overseas in the past 14 days.
