MnDOT has contracted CIA Media Group to provide virtual technical assistance/consultation, workshops, and mentoring to certified small businesses in the state of Minnesota. The overall objective of this project is to increase the capacity of certified small businesses, so they are in a position to compete for State projects/contracts.
