About this event

Conflict is not necessarily a bad thing if it can be resolved effectively. An interest-based, relational approach to conflict respects individual differences that help people avoid becoming too entrenched in fixed positions. In this workshop, participants will:

  • Reflect on personal challenges and barriers to resolving conflict.
  • Define conflict.
  • Identify sources of conflict and techniques to manage conflict.
  • Develop next steps for resolving conflict.

Who should attend: Individual Contributors, Emerging Managers, and Managers

This workshop is one of ten workshops included in the Mindful Manager Program.

Pre-work should be completed prior to the workshop in order to maximize learning. It is located in a Google folder link found in the Online Event Page, accessible after registration.

Facilitated by Zoe Hayman.
