About this Event
Mindful team members assess personal feelings, strengths and limitations, and possess the ability to keep negative emotions and behaviors under control. Emotional intelligence is a major factor in self-management and relationship building for professional success. In this workshop, participants will:
- Self-Assess Emotional Intelligence (EI).
- Define EI and its benefits and impact.
- Explore the anatomy of emotion.
- Discuss the framework of the four domains of EI.
- Develop next steps to anchor learning & implement change.
Who should attend: Individual Contributors, Emerging Managers, and Managers.
This workshop is one of ten workshops in the Mindful Manager Program.
Pre-work should be completed prior to the workshop in order to maximize learning. (Link available on event page after registration.)
