Hotel

Book your hotel reservations at the Hilton Houston Post Oak to have easy access to the event and receive a preferred, discounted rate. The HAR room block will be available starting on Wednesday, February 16. Important Deadlines and Registration Policies

Early Bird Deadline

We encourage early registrations as registering in advance helps ensure your spot. The Early Bird deadline is March 31st.

Transfers, Cancellations & Refunds

You may transfer your conference registration to another person within your organization at any time by notifying us in writing. If you must cancel, please notify the conference in writing by May 1, 2011, and you will receive a refund less a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after the deadline as well as “no-shows” are liable for the full registration fee.

Photo Release

From time to time we use photographs of conference participants in our promotional materials. By virtue of your attendance at MLS Cloud 2011, HAR reserves the right to use your likeness in such materials.

Filming

Strictly prohibited.
