You are invited to an online prayer service commemorating the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. This special time will offer an opportunity to hear and reflect on the words of Dr. King and other civil rights leaders, read aloud by members of the Marquette community. The readings will be interspersed with prayer led by members of Marquette’s Jesuit community and music by Darwin Sanders, Tom Koester, and Steven Burks.
A note on the event date: With this year's COVID-related later start to the spring semester, we are scheduling this event for the week after Dr. King's birthday to ensure our students are able to participate.
