Vlad Loktev, Growth Product Manager, and Jessica Toy, Operations Product Manager, use analytics at Airbnb to uncover issues, test assumptions and improve their host and guest experiences. Vlad and Jessica will talk about launching new manage listing and help center flows, and how they used analytics to test the validity of core assumptions on customer usage.
