About this event

Experience a personalized yoga journey in our Mixed Levels Flow class, held every Saturday from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at Bloom Yoga in San Leandro, California.

Led by the experienced Neha Sheth LeBlanc (teacher subject to change based on availability), this class welcomes all levels, from beginners to seasoned yogis.

We'll flow at a slower pace, allowing you to explore your edge and find the perfect intensity for your practice. Modifications will be offered for every pose, so you can choose what feels best for your body.

Whether you want to deepen your stretch or challenge your strength, this class is designed to meet you where you are. We celebrate individual choices and encourage you to honor your body's unique needs.

Expect a supportive and inclusive environment where you can move with intention, breathe deeply, and cultivate a mindful connection to your practice.
