The Mixed Dozen Gala Dinner will mark the start of the innaugural Byron Bay Fine Food & Beverage Festival. 12 chefs and 12 wineries will team up with an Australian Food Icon, Guest Chef Neil Perry AM to create an unforgettable evening.

The evening will commence with Canapes and Gin cocktail on arrival. Followed by six courses married with our Australian wines. All inclusive. $185pp (table bookings of 8 or 10 can be made by emailing info@samplensw.com).
