Mister Ed’s is hosting its sixth annual Bunny Party and Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 8. There are two time slots from which to choose: 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. This is the registration page for the 2 p.m. hunt.
The party will feature a hunt for 6,000 eggs, a special appearance by the Easter Bunny and great prizes.
Children one year to 10 years may participate in the hunt in one of three age divisions: 12 months to 3 years, 4-6 years and 7-10 years. Children who do not fit within these age groups will not be considered for participation. The eligible age is at the time of the event.
Registration is limited to 300 children for each hunt (11 a.m and 2 p.m).
Each child must be registered and obtain a wrist band to participate in the egg hunt. Wrist bands are color coordinated for each age division.
Arrive early to ensure your child does not miss his or her group’s hunt.
Small Easter baskets are allowed in the egg hunt area. If your child does not have a basket, Mister Ed’s will supply a plastic bag to use to collect eggs.
Children may only hunt eggs in their designated area.
Pushing and shoving and stealing other children’s eggs will not be tolerated.
Parents are not allowed in the egg hunt area, except one parent per child in the one-3 years division. If your child is handicapped or physically challenged, one adult may accompany them. Parents may stand around the perimeter of the hunt area.
Always listen to and follow directions given by event volunteers. Volunteers will wear purple event shirts.
When possible, all parents and egg hunters should stay out of the flower beds. Eggs will not be hidden in the flower beds.
All eggs are filled with candy, but some have money or a prize ticket that can be redeemed for toys at the prize table or money. Two eggs in each division hold the grand prize ticket, redeemable for a giant chocolate bunny.
Cancellation due to inclement weather will be announced on the Mister Ed’s Facebook page (facebook.com/MisterEdsPA) and atwww.mistereds.com by 10 a.m. on event day. The rain date is Sunday, April 9.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Parking is limited, so consider carpooling. Staff will direct you to park either in our overflow parking lot, across Old Route 30 from our regular lot, or in a nearby parking lot at the intersection of Old Route 30 and Buchanan Valley Road (Route 234). No parking is allowed on Route 30.
What can I bring into the event?
Please bring your camera, as there will be plenty of great photo moments. Please also be sure to dress appropriately for the weather, including coats and appropriate shoes. You'll be outside and in grass.
How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Email email@example.com. Please no phone calls.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, we'll have a list of all people who registered for the event.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Please ensure the names and ages of the children you submit match the names and ages of the children who are attending the event. We need accurate counts for each age division to ensure a great event for everyone.
