#MISSIONclasses presents the Element Series: a unique creative based exploration of our world around us

You and your keiki will enjoy a hands-on creative experience with 'Imagination Keiki' to include storytime and a special keiki bento. We invite you to go on a walkabout around MISSION Social Hall & Cafe, gathering found objects that catch your eye and peak your imagination. The items you gather along with provided mixed medium supplues will all become art materials used as the foundation on our group 'canvas,' and a lens through which to see the elemental world and our relationship to it.

We encourage you to bring your keiki and your inner child to this workshop (but you only need to purchase tickets for your keiki). All parents are greatly encouraged to partcipate right alongside their keiki. Suggested keiki age range: 2 years or older.

Element Series:

Sept 3 / WATER watercolors, sand, other found objects and natural dyes

Oct 1 / EARTH flowers, leaves, dirt, other found objects, finger paints and natural dyes

Nov 5 / AIR giant bubble paint pop

Dec 3 / FIRE charcoal, lava rock and other minerals
