Research shows that good deeds, or acts of kindness, help us in many ways. Small acts, random or planned, help to improve our energy, relationship satisfaction, and life pleasure. Physically, acts of kindness lead our body to release 'warm fuzzy hormones' such as serotonin and oxytocin, bringing long-lasting benefits to our health, those we care about, and our communities.

Join us for a special morning that introduces self-and other-focused acts of kindness that can help you strengthen your ability to affect your wellbeing and the world around you. Our guest experts will explore easy strategies your mind, body, and spirit will appreciate. Learn about:

  • Be-kind-to-yourself eating strategies that acknowledge the role of food in our lives. How we eat is as important as what we eat. We'll explore key strategies to align how we nourish our physical, mental, and emotional health.
  • Ways to find balance between you and your world in the face of internal and external influences that include life transitions, family, work, and modern times
  • How to carve our mindful daily moments to foster wellbeing
